삭제 방법
아래 방법 중 하나로 언제든지 계정과 모든 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 앱에서: 퍼펙트위크7 앱 → 내정보 → 맨 아래 회원 탈퇴 → 확인
- 웹에서 (앱 설치 없이): https://perfectweek7.com/app 에 접속해 Google 계정으로 로그인 → 내정보 → 회원 탈퇴 → 확인
- 이메일로: 가입한 Google 계정의 이메일로 pw7vision@gmail.com 에 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 이내에 삭제하고 회신드립니다.
삭제되는 데이터
탈퇴하면 아래 데이터가 즉시, 영구적으로 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 계정 정보: 이메일, 이름, 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 전화번호
- 루틴, 알람 설정, 체크인 기록, 숫자 기록과 차트 데이터
- 친구 관계, 보내고 받은 칭찬, 루틴 복사 기록
- 포인트, 배지, 주간 보상, 기프티콘 교환 내역, 초대 기록
- 푸시 알림 기기 정보, 알림 설정, 약관 동의 기록, 로그인 세션
보관 기간
서비스 데이터는 탈퇴 즉시 삭제되어 별도로 보관하지 않습니다. 장애 복구용 서버 백업에 남아 있던 사본은 최대 30일 이내에 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
Delete your account and data (English)
PerfectWeek 7 is operated by 씨디엔에스 주식회사. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In the app: PerfectWeek 7 → Profile → Delete account (at the bottom) → confirm.
- On the web, without installing the app: open https://perfectweek7.com/app, sign in with Google → Profile → Delete account → confirm.
- By email: send "Account deletion request" from the email address of your Google account to pw7vision@gmail.com. We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted: your profile (email, name, nickname, photo, phone number), routines, alarms, check-ins and number records, friends and praises, points, badges, rewards, gifticon redemptions, invites, device and notification settings, consent records and sessions. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Retention: we keep no service data after deletion. Copies in disaster-recovery server backups are removed automatically within 30 days.
